For tech teams
For your tech team.
How the team readies your store for AI.
- 01
How the simulation works
- We model the real distribution of your shoppers: intents, budgets, locations, needs and wording.
- A sampler draws simulated shoppers from it, not a fixed prompt list.
- Each one asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Meta AI, Grok, Google AI Overviews and Amazon Rufus. Runs repeat to measure how stable each answer is.
- Browser agents shop your store end to end and log every step where they stall or switch to a rival.
- Answers and journeys are parsed into who was named, rank, cited sources and the facts that decided it.
- After a fix, the same shopper sample runs again to verify it held.
- 02
How approvals work
- Nothing ships without a person approving it. Fixes wait in the Inbox as drafts.
- One fix per approval. No bulk approve.
- A check runs before anything is written. If it fails, nothing ships.
- Demo accounts cannot write to a real store.
- 03
How changes reach your store
Shopify connects through its standard app install. Approved changes go through the Shopify Admin API: product copy, SEO fields, structured data, images, pages and blog articles. Theme files are not touched.
Each change is read back, and the earlier version is saved. Undo restores it in one click.

How the AI assistants connect
ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Meta Muse connect to one remote MCP server. People sign in over OAuth, or use an API key.
Access starts read-only. Approving needs write access, granted at sign-in. A chat approval runs the same step as the Inbox, one fix per call, and records who confirmed it.

What the team reads
You choose what to connect. Options: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Klaviyo and Gorgias. All read-only, except that Google Business Profile’s
business.managepermission is broader than the reading done.Only Shopify receives changes. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
