Shopthru.ai is a small team, growing deliberately. Every hire is a founding hire and gets a vertical of the OS to own. The roles below are the ones we’re actively talking to people for.
Founding Engineer
Own a vertical of the OS end to end. Agent runtime, ledger, simulation, or the inbox. Comfortable with Python, TypeScript, and decisions that ship to production the same week.
Founding Designer
Design the surface of the agent. Inbox, approval console, simulation gate. The product is dense by nature; the craft is making density legible.
Founding Sales / Partnerships
First commercial hire. Run founder-led pipeline into mid-market DTC and platform partnerships across Shopify, Medusa, and the agentic checkout protocols.
Founding ML / Research
Push the brain of the system. Retrieval, evaluation, and the scoring layer that decides what an agent recommends. CMU LTI background welcome.
Operators, not spectators. Taste, range, and a bias to ship.
We hire for taste, range, and the willingness to write the first version yourself. The team is small enough that every decision is legible, and every commit is felt by the next customer demo.
